Open Enrollment

The Open Enrollment period to review and select benefits opened August 1, 2023 and will close at the end of the work day on August 31, 2023. All Amherst County Public Schools employees must participate in the Open Enrollment process (whether you choose to purchase benefits through ACPS or not) by completing the following items:

  • Review the Open Enrollment Presentation
  • If you are not making any changes to your current benefits, no paperwork is necessary
  • If you are dropping and/or making changes to your current benefits, complete the necessary paperwork
  • If you do not choose to participate in ACPS benefits, please complete the waiver form indicating which benefit your are waiving
  • Print, complete and turn in any necessary forms to Mrs. Jody Kendrick, Payroll and Benefits Specialist, by Thursday, August 31, 2023.
